The Chicago Sinfonietta is committed to making all our concerts and events accessible to everyone.

Below is accessibility information for our venues. In addition to venues services, large print programs are available for all our concerts and can be requested at the will-call table. There are also various accessible seating options available at all concerts; please call us or see our seating maps for more information.

AUDITORIUM THEATRE OF ROOSEVELT UNIVERSITY

The Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University makes every effort possible to accommodate the needs of all members of the community and is dedicated to complying fully with the Americans with Disabilities Act. We are especially sensitive to the needs of patrons with accessibility needs and provide the following information so all patrons may avail themselves to the services of the Auditorium Theatre.

ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE

The theatre’s glass main entrance doors, at 50 E Ida B Wells requires guests to navigate three steps to enter the lobby. An alternative accessible entrance is located just west of the main entrance, near the corner of Ida B Wells Dr. and Wabash Ave. This entrance allows guests to access the theatre via ramp, without the need to navigate any steps.

ACCESSIBLE SEATING

Nearly all the seats in the theatre require guests to navigate steps in the lobby space and/or in the house. Accessible tickets can be purchased at the box office (located at 50 E Ida B Wells Dr.) or by calling 312.341.2300. PLEASE NOTE: If you need assistance day of the event, please ask for the House Manager.

ACCESSIBLE RESTROOMS

Two (2) accessible all-gender restrooms are located in the southwest corner, on the main floor. Two (2) additional accessible all-gender restrooms, are located on the third floor.

ACCESSIBLE CONCESSION AND MERCHANDISE COUNTERS

The main floor lobby bar is accessible to guests in wheelchairs. If a guest requires further assistance, please ask any Auditorium theatre team member.

ADDITIONAL ACCESSIBILITY

For additional accessible service requests such as Audio Description, American Sign Language Interpretation, Closed/Open Captioning Services, or any questions beyond the scope of ticketing, please indicate this at the time of purchase. We ask that requests be made three weeks prior to engagement date, in order to secure the requested accommodations.

GUEST AMENITIES
Inclusive and accessible single stall restrooms are located in the lobbies on Main Floor Level 1 and Level 3. Booster seats, Disposable Ear Plugs, and Assistive Listening Devices are available in the Coat Check between Aisles 2 and 3 in the Main Floor Lobby. If a Mother’s Room is needed, please inquire onsite with the House Manager.

ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES
Guests can obtain infrared assistive listening devices from our coat check team. Coat check is located between Aisles 2 and Aisle 3 in the Main Floor Lobby. Assistive listening devices can be secured by leaving a photo ID and are free of charge. Assistive Listening Devices are available on a first come, first serve basis.

CERTIFIED SERVICE ANIMALS

Certified service animals only are welcome at all events. Please inform us when purchasing your event tickets to ensure the most appropriate accommodation.

ELEVATOR
Our elevator is located in the Northwest corner of our main floor lobby. For further assistance, please see any Auditorium Theatre Team Member.

WENTZ CONCERT HALL - NAPERVILLE

Wentz Concert Hall is fully accessible. The building has elevator access as well as accessible seating on all levels. Ample parking is available around North Central College, including handicapped parking spots.

North Central College provides auxiliary aids and services to ensure effective communication for individuals with disabilities. To reserve a device or if you have additional questions about the venue, call the box office at 630-637-SHOW (7469).
