Overview

Imagine sharing your newest idea in a living room-like setting filled with artists who get it — the kind of night that reminds you why you started making art in the first place.

In The Listening Room, conversation matters as much as sound. Your process is welcomed. Your voice is heard. And community grows naturally over music, food, and time (yes, there will be food).

Created in partnership with Northwestern University’s Black Arts Consortium, this monthly gathering is designed for Black and Brown musicians and artists to share work, exchange ideas, and build real creative relationships without judgment.

Bring a friend, a draft, a question, or anything you’re working on.
