Friends of Chicago Sinfonietta
The Friends of the Chicago Sinfonietta is a group of dynamic community leaders who are passionate about the Sinfonietta and its mission, with a focus on building audiences at The Auditorium Theatre in Chicago and Wentz Concert Hall in Naperville. Friends of the Chicago Sinfonietta convene biannually, coming together with the shared purpose of fostering audience growth through collaborative efforts.
Mission
The Mission of the Friends of the Chicago Sinfonietta is to promote the artistic excellence, exemplary educational programs, and community involvement of the Chicago Sinfonietta by engaging community leaders in advocacy and audience building.
Membership Requirements

- Subscribe to Chicago Sinfonietta emails
- Commit to reviewing our quarterly Friends-exclusive email newsletter, QuarterNote
- Presence at CS's Annual General Meeting (It's fun, we promise: think swag, passed hors d'oeuvres, music, drinks - all with our Board, Musicians, and Staff; generally scheduled for during the Fall season)
- Encouraged to bring a friend to all Chicago Sinfonietta season concerts
- Encouraged to follow CS on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Bluesky, etc)
