Chicago Sinfonietta has always been committed to making our concerts welcoming and affordable. Our Pay-What-You-Can program opened doors to many new audiences, but over time we saw the need for a more focused and sustainable approach.
We’ve now introduced a $10 Community Care program, designed specifically for those who might not otherwise be able to attend. This ensures affordability remains at the heart of our mission, while also keeping the Sinfonietta financially sustainable so we can continue performing for the entire Chicago community.
Community Tickets are Available in Two Ways:
Single Ticket Buyers: A limited number of $10 community tickets will be released 1–2 weeks through email before each concert (limit 4 per order, one-time use).
To join the community ticket email list, contact Aidan MacGregor at 312-284-1554 or boxoffice@chicagosinfonietta.org.
Community Groups: Tickets are also available through trusted partner organizations.
If you work with an organization that serves communities facing barriers to attending concerts, contact Monica Benson, Director of Education & Community, at 312-236-3681 or mbenson@chicagosinfonietta.org.
This program helps ensure that cost is never a barrier for those with financial need, while allowing us to remain strong and share music with audiences across Chicago.
Limited student rush tickets are available for $20 to college students.
Tickets are released the week of the show.
Must pick up at will call with valid college ID.
