Everything you need to wine, dine, and make your next dinner party shine! Our popular Sinfonietta Soiree is sure to delight the symphonic and culinary tastes of the ultimate Sinfonietta fan.

Who Will You Invite?
Invite eight of your family, closest friends, or clients for a night of tantalizing libations and exceptional music. The guest list includes “special guests” Mei-Ann Chen and Blake-Anthony Johnson.

Premier Package Includes:
     • 6 Hours of Dining Engagement: From delivery arrival to staff departure.
     • 3-Course Plated Dinner: Salad, entrée, and dessert for 10 guests at your residence,   provided by Premier Catering & Events.
     • Assorted Wines and Spirits: Premier level selection, served throughout the event.
     • Tabletop Setup: Glassware, silverware, and china provided.
     • Service Staff: Includes a bartender/server and chef.

Sinfonietta Soirée Highlights:
     • Elegant 3-Course Dinner: For 10 guests at your residence provided by Premier Catering & Events.
     • Beverages: One case of wine and spirits.
     • Special Guests: Maestra Mei-Ann Chen and President & CEO Blake-Anthony Johnson  (count toward guest count).
     • Performance: Chicago Sinfonietta Ensemble performance, including a specially curated piece.
     • Floral Arrangement: One floral arrangement.
     • VIP Tickets: For the host and guests to one Chicago Sinfonietta concert in the 2024-25 season.

     • Staff and Delivery: Package includes 2 staff members for a 4-hour shift and delivery fee.                 Additional service hours are at the cost of the client.
     • Availability: Date is subject to availability and location must be within 20 miles of Chicago.
     • Site Visit: Required prior to the event date to ensure dinner service level assignment.
     • Parking: Must provide parking availability for company vehicle.
     • Post-Event: All food, beverage, and service equipment will be removed by Premier Catering at the end of service.
